By using the CN NEWSWIRE service you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Service

CN NEWSWIRE provides press release writing, optimization and distribution services. Distribution occurs across our partner media network, with guaranteed placements as specified in your selected plan.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment.
Payment may be made by credit/debit card or PayPal. Demo orders placed in test mode do not incur charges.
Prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

3. Content Responsibility

You retain full responsibility for the accuracy and legality of your content. You represent that your release does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws.

4. Delivery & Guarantee

Standard distribution begins within 24–48 hours of editorial approval. If we fail to deliver the guaranteed number of placements, we will re-run the release at no cost or issue a refund for the affected order.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders not yet processed may be cancelled from your account. Once processing has begun, cancellation is at our discretion. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CN NEWSWIRE's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
